Great service after I bought my pool, including great advice and tips on maintaining it!
DisappointedFirst of all, Customer service couldn't tell me if technician is comming before noon or afternoon. So I had to take whole day off at work.And second is that technician didn't show up.

Brought a 12900$ SPA There. Great staff. I came with a piece which was defective and I had all the misery of the world to get them to act on it. Finally with patience 3 months they found the solution and fixed it. They also gave me a compensation for it. Manager very nice too. Please note that with trevi there is no corporate warranty. You have to deal with the store directly if it doesnt work out.... you have to take them to court directly no one can help you and thats bad... so long for the brand name.
Good place to shop for pool supplies. Free water test. Only one downside - overpriced.
