Very very impressed by the speed and professionalism of their service. the price is right and we were in and out of the store with a clothes washing machine in under 30 minutes. Now that's how I like shopping. I'm writing this about 45 days after I bought the machine and it's working great by the way.
Purchased my stove, fridge, washer and dryer and the prices were the best I could find around at the time of purchase. I took the 5 year warranty for my fridge and washer/dryer (haven't had to use them yet *fingers crossed*) I'm not sure if other stores has this option but the peace of mind on such big purchases is really great.
I had bought a freezer/ floor model because I was told that the one I had a layaway one wasn't in stock. Since it was urgent I accept it. Not the salesman but the store director inspected it and promised proper shipping meaning the freezer was going to be packaged. I paid the whole thing cash and once it got to the location it had poke holes and wasn't wrapped. I called the store to speak to the same director and NEVER once he came to the pho e. I filed in complaint with the head office who couldn't understand why I was given the run around. Rather be served by a regular salesman than that guy. Trust me!!!
I will NEVER buy another product from this store nor will I buy another product from Frigidaire. I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from them on Feb. 2, 2016. I paid $600.00 and took a 5-year guarantee for $110.00. A few months later the handle of the fridge broke off and when I went to the store, the sales clerk said, "It's not our problem. You call this number." I received the new handle one month later from Frigidaire. One month from purchasing the fridge, the noise when the compressor starts is not to be believed. It makes noise for about 5 minutes and I've have a few fridges during my lifetime and have never heard such noises. The reps at Domon are rude but perhaps if you speak French you may have better customer service.
In July I purchased some appliances... Upon the fridge delivery the domon delivery guys dropped and damaged the fridge and floor.. Now it is October and i am still fighting with multiple domon employees because of the lack of management.. they damaged my property and then tell me what they are and arent replacing. Major lack of professionalism!!
