I used to like coming here when it first opened. It was special then. But, lately...not so much. The choices in their fruits and vegetables aren't as varied anymore and I find their selection of prepared meals, to be lacking. I was excited when they introduced Sushi to the store, but, it's become pretty tasteless, lately. The wraps are especially disappointing. They always fall apart and the vegetables used, seem past their prime. (Please, stop using the outer hard leaves of lettuce, in the wraps. They are bitter.)The meat section is still good. There are some decent choices there. But, the baked goods could use a little help. Too many pies! And, there are hardly ever any cakes to choose from, in the display case.Perhaps a visit by management to another Metro, might inspire some improvements? Because, in this day and age, alot of people shop in stores that are on their way home and are convenient to their commute. Shopping locally to where they live, isn't happening as much anymore, especially if their hometown grocery store isn't offering much in the way of choice.

Just went to metro plus chateuaguay bought some things even tho it's over priced get to the cash got rushed served wasn't even asked if I wanted any bags but he charges me for 2 bags when I haven't asked for them I feel like he should have told me that he's charges me for it cash 3 guy with glasses and black hair not okay with me I don't mind spending money on the bags but like to be asked first last time I'm going there
Has the most miserable employees. Horrible customer service! Rude and grouchy. make you enjoy the drive all the way to maxi and super c. Every single time I've been there I've came to the conclusion that the employees are such unhappy people....
Prix frquemment superieur la moyenne mais les spciaux valent la peine. Extrmement propre. Service sur le plancher est toujours bon et fiable. Les caissiers et caissires par contre... Aux caisses c'est tout le contraire. Des faces de boeuf, on dirait qu'ils rentrent tous de reculons la job et que c'est un suplice d'y travailler. Les managers devraient faire quelque chose par rapport a. J'y vais une deux fois par jour et JAMAIS une caissire ne me reconnait. Les bonjours sont quasiment proscrits. Tu entends le montant total et "combien de sacs?" Tthats it.
