As the only real mall in Chateauguay, I wish it had higher quality stores. It's tough to "shop locally", when there are better alternatives, elsewhere. I've lived in Chateauguay for over 50 years...it's time for some retail improvements. Otherwise, people will continue to shop in other malls (ie:Fairview and Angrignon) regardless of the effort and travel time to get to them.It's such a sad shame, too. I remember when this mall, had it all. But, I suspect when Walmart moved into Chateauguay, it really hurt the stores in the mall. One by one, they've all closed up shop and we've been left with a mall that is a mere shadow, of it's former self.

Boring mall, needs to have more to offer. On an exciting note though just saw big signage that bizzfit is moving so that great news! However it's really lacks in having a nice little foodcourt
Local mall missing a lot of retail stores. Plenty of rental space available. In process of renewing and refinishing the mall. No access to Super C from inside the mall.
You will find your basics there. No thrills no chills.
